ORAL ORDER
Heard Sri Honnur Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Prakash,
learned counsel for respondent. The petitioner is also present before the Court.
2. This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the concurrent findings of the trial Court as well as First Appellate Court.
3. Now, the petitioner and the respondent have resolved their disputes with the intervention of elders and well-wishers from both the families.

4. In view of settlement, the petitioner and respondent have filed joint memo. The contents of joint memo read as under:
"1. That, the petitioner had filed the above revision petition seeking for set aside the judgement dated 31.12.2020 passed by the learned trail court Additional Judge of Court of Small Cause & Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Bangalore in C.C. No. 1768/2019, and order dated 21.04.2022 in Cri. Appeal. No.61/2021 passed by the City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore (CCH-59).
2. It is further submits that the petitioner and respondent are mutually agreed that, the matter is settle the out of Court in total amount of Rs. 13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh only) and as per the settlement the petitioner has been paid entire amount of Rs. 13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakh only) i.,e, the amount of Rs.6,50,000/-(Rupees Six Lakh Fifty Thousand only) deposited before the trail court and balance amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-(Rupees Six Lakh Fifty Thousand only) paid to the respondent and the respondent also acknowledge the same and the respondent is ready to file this Joint memo before this Hon'ble court.
Wherefore, the petitioner and respondent herewith prays that this Hon'ble court to dismiss the above Revision petition as settled, in the interest of justice and equity.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the matter is compounded. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of and the concurrent finding of the trial court and first appellate court is hereby set aside.
9. The trial Court is directed to disburse amount in deposit in favour of respondent on proper identification. In view of the disposal of the criminal petition, pending applications, if any, do not survive for
consideration and the same stand disposed off.
