Nonsiej, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that the applicant herein is a daily labourer and comes from a very poor background and as such was unable to engage any lawyer in his defense therefore such delay has occurred. 3. The learned Legal Aid Counsel prays that the delay of 209 days in preferring the related appeal may be condoned. 4. Also heard Mr. S. Sengupta, learned Addl. P.P who has submitted that the State has no objection to the prayer made. 5. This Court, on consideration of the submission made finds it reasonable for condoning the delay.
