Pursuant to order dated 6th August, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration in presence of learned advocates representing petitioners and State respondents. 2. Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Additional Advocate General has placed a communication dated 26th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Madhyamgram Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of communication dated 26th August, 2026 is made over to learned advocate representing petitioners. 3. It is disclosed in communication dated 26th August, 2026 that in spite of attempt made by concerned police authorities to find out certain documents which were seized during investigation of Madhyamgram Police Station Case No.189/2017 dated 11th April, 2017, police authorities have failed to trace out one notice Book (M.C.) Bagala Sundari Memorial Trust (Trust), one Meeting Resolution Book of Rose Bank Edu-Care High School and one Minute Book of Bagala Sundari Memorial Trust. 4. In view of steps taken by concerned police authorities, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. However, petitioners are granted leave to bring it to notice of the civil court during course of hearing of pending suit. 6.
