1) Learned advocate representing petitioner appears on virtual mode and has prayed for adjournment to complete service of notice upon respondents. 2) However, State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has filed a communication dated 28th August, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Ashoknagar Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner. 3) Grievance of petitioner is inability of police authorities to arrest culprits in connection with Ashoknagar Police Station Case No. 536/26 dated 11th July, 2026 and certain directions are prayed for to arrest culprits and take the investigation to its logical conclusion.
2 4) However on perusal of communication dated 28th August, 2026, it appears that on concluding investigation in Ashoknagar Police Station Case No. 536/26 dated 11th July, 2026 charge-sheet was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate dated 24th August,
2026. 5) In view of filing of charge-sheet, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 6) Writ petition stands disposed of. 7) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from official website of this Court.
