3. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Misc. Case no. 28 of 2025 under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, from the Court of the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipor to any court preferably to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly.
4. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides with her minor child (ordinary place of residence) at Village & Post Office – Fului, P. S. Goghat, District- Hooghly.
5. On the other hand the husband/opposite party is a resident of Village – Legapukur, P. O. – Selampur, P. S. – Garbeta, District – Paschim Medinipur, PIN – 721127.
6. The petitioner/wife now prays that the suit being Misc. Case no. 28 of 2025 pending in the Court of

the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipor be transferred to any court preferably to the Court of the learned District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly.
7. Considering the ordinary place of residence of the child and relying upon this Court’s judgments in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors., Misc Case no. 28 of 2025 under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act be withdrawn from the Court of the learned District Judge, Paschim Medinipor and transferred to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly.
1. The learned Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.
2. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned Additional District Judge, Arambag, Hooghly, shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made.
3. CO 1350 of 2026 stands disposed of.
4. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.
5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
