In the present PIL, petitioners have raised the issue regarding illegal mining and transportation of mines and minerals using heavy vehicles, which is not permissible. 2. It is not disputed before us that several other PILs are pending in relation to the issue of illegal mining and transportation, therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to move intervention application in the pending PILs. 1 2026:UHC:1200-DB 3.
