The petitioners have prayed for following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to case of petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the sanction/ approval of the respondent no. 2 issued on 01.03.2021 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate direction in respect to the services of the petitioners for absorption before finalizing the governmentization of Chandulal Chandrakar Medical College. 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. From the prayer clause of the application, it appears that the matter pertains to a service dispute. However, the petitioner has filed the present W.P.(C). Moreover, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The relief sought in the petition cannot be granted in a proceeding which has not been correctly classified. Further, in view of the passage of time, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the matter. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
