Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not passing any order on the mutation application of the petitioner on the ground that the detail of the land finds place in the prohibited list published by the Revenue Authorities of Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the prohibited list has been set-aside and thus, if the petitioner files a fresh application the same will be considered and appropriate order as per the law will be passed on his application. 4. Considering the said submission of the State, I direct the petitioner to file fresh application within a period of four weeks before the respondent no. 3-Circle Officer, Koderma Anchal, Koderma who will consider the same and will pass an appropriate order, as per the law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application of the petitioner along with the copy of this order. 2026:JHHC:8530 2 5. If the Circle Officer mutates the land in favour of the petitioner necessary correction be made in the revenue records. If for any reasons the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reasons thereof / reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within the period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
