Learned Additional Government Advocate accpets notice for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. to issue writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction and to quash impugned notice dated 21.8.2026 bearing dated No.CBP/GadiPaaru/M.A.G/24/2026 21/08/2026 issued by the respondent No.3 as per Annexure-A to the writ petition. b. to pass such other order/s as deems fit by this Hon'ble court under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. What has been challenged is a show cause notice dated 21.08.2026, which was required to appear before the respondents on 29.08.2026 and submit - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010601092026 NC: 2026:KHC:47289 WP No. 27213 of 2026 his explanation. The petitioner not having done, is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 4. A writ petition seeking to challenge a show cause notice is not maintainable against the authority who had a jurisdiction to issue the show cause notice and when the principles of natural justice has been complied with by such authority. 5. Since the petitioner has wrongly approached this Court by filing the above writ petition and the time fixed has lapsed, and the said time is extended. The petitioner shall appear before the respondents on 10.09.2026 and submit his explanation as regards the show-cause notice, which shall be considered by the respondents and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. 6.
