The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to take action against respondents No. 4 to 16 by considering the representation dated 23.08.2026 (Annexure P-1), submitted by the petitioner. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel has submitted that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner was duly enquired into and during the course of inquiry, it was found that one Sahina had died at Village Bhandapur but the place of occurrence was found to be within the jurisdiction of Police Station Naugaon, District Alwar, Rajasthan. Accordingly, the matter was brought to the notice of Police Station Naugaon and the dead body was handed over to the said police for further legal proceedings. It is further submitted that an FIR bearing No. 320 dated 20.08.2026 under Sections 85 MOHAMMAD WASEEM ANSARI 2026.09.03 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-49701-2026 (O&M) -2- and 103(1) of the BNS has already been registered at Police Station Naugaon, District Alwar, Rajasthan and the petitioner is one of the accused arraigned in the said FIR. Since the allegations made in the aforesaid representation were found to be baseless, the same has been consigned to record room as no action was required to be taken. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the factual assertion. 4.
