PATIL ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 25.10.2024 passed on I.A.No.3 in O.S.No.93/2023 by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Challakere, sitting as Itinerary Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Molakalmuru (hereinafter referred to as the 'trial Court' for short). 2. Sri Murali B.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri Mohan Kumar H.G., learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.6 and 7, submit that during - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010683942024 NC: 2026:KHC:46544 WP No. 33225 of 2024 the pendency of this petition, the parties have settled the dispute and have filed a compromise petition before the trial Court. However, the trial Court has declined to accept the same in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 25.01.2025 in the present petition, whereby further proceedings in the suit have been stayed. They jointly submit that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to consider the compromise petition and decree the suit. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. 4. The interim order granted by this Court stands dissolved. 5.
