Present revision petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 29.01.2026, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khadoor Sahib, District Tarn Taran, whereby the application under Section 358 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) filed for summoning Suba Singh, son of Kabal Singh (respondent No. 6), as an additional accused was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of dismissal passed by the learned Magistrate was assailed in revision before the Court of Sessions. During the pendency of the present proceedings, the said revision before the Court of Sessions has been allowed. Consequently, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
