The petitioner has filed this petition with the following reliefs:- “ 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent No. 4/the learned Tahsildar Mahasamund, District- Mahasamund (C.G.) to expedititously conclude and finally decide the pending proceedings relating to the land bearing Khasra No. 71/16 situated at Village Pitiyajhar, Tahsil and District- Mahasamund pursuant to the enquiry initiated vide order dated 17.04.2024 bearing No. 122/वा. तह./2026, within a time-bound period, as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the court below for its kind perusal. 3 10.3. Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings concerning the land bearing Khasra No. 71/16, situated at Village Pitiyajhar, Tahsil and District Mahasamund (C.G.), are pending before the competent authority. Pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the Tehsildar, Mahasamund, the requisite enquiry has already been conducted and the enquiry report, along with the Panchanama, Nazri Naksha and other relevant documents, has been submitted. However, the proceedings have not yet been brought to their logical conclusion. It is, therefore, prayed that the competent authority may be directed to expedite the pending proceedings and conclude the same, in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he was directed to seek instructions in the matter. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the State shall decide the pending proceedings in respect of the land bearing Khasra No. 71/16, situated at Village Pitiyajhar, Tahsil and District Mahasamund, pursua 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State, respondent No. 4/Tahsildar, Mahasamund, is directed to decide the pending proceedings in respect of the land bearing Khasra 4 No. 71/16, situated at Village Pitiyajhar, Tahsil and District Mahasamund, pursuant to the enquiry initiated vide order dated 17.04.2024, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 5.
