This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of bail to the petitioner, namely, Hanif Ali who was arrested in connection with in connection with Kachumara P.S. Case No. 07/2026 registered under Sections 61(2)/103(1) of Page No.# 2/2 BNS, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for the last 40 days and considering his length of detention, his prayer for bail may be considered. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Kachumara P.S. Case No. 07/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 9/2026 dated 23.03.2026. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Kachumara P.S.
