After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant submits that though the period of incarceration is quite substantial one but he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file it afresh after the testimony of victim is recorded. 4. Bail application is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 5. Liberty, as prayed, is granted. 6. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved. 7. However, on the date fixed before the learned Trial Court i.e. 14.05.2026, the prosecution would ensure the presence of victim before the learned Trial Court. In case, she fails to appear or her evidence is not concluded, the applicant herein would, even in that situation, be permitted to file application afresh.
