JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondent university to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 25.03.2025 seeking grant of fresh affiliation for conducting the Bachelor of Anaesthesia and Operation Theater Technology, B.Sc. Medical Imaging Technology, and B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology courses vide Annexure-B in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already considered the application dated 25.03.2025 in the 209 meeting of the Syndicate held on 23.12.2025. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration.
