No accommodation has been sought for either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bishnupur, Bankura to dispose of the Title Suit No.240 of 2026 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that September 5, 2026 has been fixed for filing of the written statement by the defendant and for hearing of the injunction application. CO 2940 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Bishnupur, Bankura to make an endeavour to dispose of the interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory applications the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. There will be no order as to costs.
