This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Na.ga.G2/L-23/2025 dated 07.05.2026 issued by the first respondent and consequential impugned notice in Na.Ka.Aa1/3/252/2024 dated 15.05.2026 issued by the third respondent and to direct the second respondent to survey their land as per sale deed No.2015/1998 and fix the boundaries property in S.No.140 in Anupankulam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that as against the order passed by the District Collector, a revision has been filed before the Principal Secretary to Government and a civil suit has also been instituted. 3.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to seek interim relief before the revisional authority.
