Learned State Counsel submits that writ petition is premature, as no legal injury has been caused to the petitioner as yet. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if all the advertised vacancies are filled up by appointing ineligible persons, then there would be no vacancy left for the petitioner, which would result in denial of right to be considered for appointment to the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make 2026:UHC:1229 representation to the competent authority. 6. If petitioner makes representation within two weeks, the competent authority shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
