(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.16979/2023 (LB-BMP). In terms of the said order, the petition is allowed and the orders impugned in the said petition which were for cancelling the complainant's names in the Khata was set aside. order dated 04.10.2023 indicates that the court had accepted the complainant's contention that the proceedings before the accused were adjourned on 02.03.2023 and thereafter he was not afforded an opportunity to be heard.
2. In compliance with the said order, the proceedings were continued from the date as on 02.03.2023 and the order dated 18.03.2026 has been passed. A copy of the same has been placed on record, although it is in vernacular language.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that since the orders dated 05.07.2023 and 07.07.2023, which were impugned (in WP.No.16979/2023) had been set aside, it was necessary for the authorities to revert the khata in the name of the complainant.
4. It is not necessary to examine this contention in view of the fresh order dated 18.03.2026.
5. The complaint is accordingly closed.
6. We, however clarify that in the event the appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 18.03.2026, this order will not
