We find from the order dated May 22, 2025 that a last chance had been given to the appellant to argue the matter and it was made clear that in the event the appellant remains absent or seeks adjournment on the next occasion when the matter is called on for hearing, appropriate orders may be passed in the absence of the appellant. 2. In a still previous order dated April 23, 2025, it was also recorded that none had appeared for the appellant. 3. In such view of the matter, there is no other option left for the Court but to dismiss the matter for default. 4. Accordingly, FA 230 of 2022 is dismissed for default. CAN 3 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
