Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that despite an FIR dated 06.06.2026 registered against the side of the petitioner, in respect of a complaint dated 06.06.2026 given by the side of the petitioner, only a DDR dated 13.06.2026 was registered against the opposite side depsite there being severe head injury and hand injury on the persons belonging to the side of the petitioner. As per him, allegations contained in the complaint leading to the said DDR make out offences mentioned in the petition, but nothing till date has been done by the official respondents. He also states that although the petitioner has not moved any subsequent representation for registration of a cross-case against the opposite side, yet, the present petition may be treated as such representation with a direction to the official respondents to dispose of it in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. 2.
