Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that other accused persons who are similarly placed have been granted bail in CRM(NDPS)1340 of 2026.
Learned advocate appearing for the State is unable to dispute the situational parity of the petitioner with the other accused persons who have been granted bail.
Having considered the same, I am inclined to release the petitioner, namely, Emam Ali @ Billa @ Eman Ali @ Bila be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the accused persons in CRM(NDPS)1340 of 2026.
Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1895 of 2026 is allowed.
Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
