1. Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 222 dated 02.12.2023, under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 Immigration Act, 1983 (Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS), registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, District Khanna. First bail petition, i.e. CRM-M-1776-2026, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed as not pressed by the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Rajesh Bhardwaj, J.) vide order dated 19.05.2026 (P-3), which reads as under:

2. Custody certificate dated 18.05.2026 of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.
3. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition, at this stage.
4. Dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.”
2. Present second petition has been filed after a period of about three months from the passing of the aforesaid order dated 19.05.2026 (P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the earlier proceedings, matter was heard by the learned Co-ordinate Bench, which is presently heading the Division Bench.
3. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
