This appeal has been filed by the appellant-writ petitioner challenging the order dated 13.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel for the appellant-writ petitioner submits that he is entitled for relaxation in the eligibility qualification and the RPSC has not considered the directions issued by the Government. In that view of the matter, the present appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellant-writ petitioner to raise all the issues before the learned Single Judge at the time of final hearing of the writ petition and he is also at liberty to amend the writ petition.
