Case No. 49/2019, arising out of Jaldega (Bansjore O.P.) P.S. Case No. 25/2017) corresponding to G.R. Case No. 249/2017, registered under Sections 324, 307, 393 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on suspicion and the petitioner is in custody since 7.9.2025. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in Para 9 of the petition. He next submits that now the charge sheet has been submitted and even the charge has also been framed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 7.9.2025, the charge sheet has been submitted and the charge has now been framed and the name of the petitioner has come on suspicion, I am inclined 2026:JHHC:1003 2 to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega, in connection with S.T.
