Bundeliya and Mr. Rohan Raval for the respective parties. 2. The petitioner is the husband of the corpus – Jinkalben Joshi. She has been brought before this Court by police authority. During the conversation with her, we find that she had been forcefully detained by her parents, as they are not happy with the marriage of her daughter. 3. In such circumstances, the police authority is directed to set free the corpus and she has been permitted to live with the petitioner husband at Ahmedabad. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
