With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Sub-Station Attendant at 33/11 KV Electrical Sub-Division Dinka under ESD Bharmour, Electrical Division Chamba, District Chamba. Yes. 2 aforesaid hard & tribal area, he preferred a representation on 12.11.2025 (Annexure P-3 Colly.) to respondent No.3, followed by reminder dated 16.12.2025, seeking his transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/reminder of the petitioner (Annexure P-3 Colly.) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
