The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing Respondents 6 and 7 to register the Petitioner's complaint dated 07.07.2026 at Annexure-G as an FIR and to conduct a fair, impartial and time- bound investigation in accordance with law; (ii) Further issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to initiate appropriate disciplinary and departmental action against Respondent Nos.6 and 7 for their dereliction of duty and failure to discharge their statutory obligation by not registering an fir on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 07.07.2026 produced as Annexure-G, in violation of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh, (2014) 2 SCC 1; (iii) Direct Respondent No.1 to 5 to examine the conduct of respondent No.6 and 7 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. (iv) grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition, which reads as under: - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010504312026 NC: 2026:KHC:47307 WP No. 23015 of 2026 MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER 1. The Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to Withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if necessary. 2. The petitioner filed the above petition before this Hon'ble Court seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 6 and 7 to register the Petitioner's complaint dtd.07.07.2026 as an FIR and to conduct a fair, impartial and time-bound investigation in accordance with law and such other relief. Due to certain issues petitioner herein seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty. 3. That it is expedient and in the interest of justice that the Petitioner be granted liberty to approach this Hon'ble court by filing a fresh, comprehensive petition on the same cause of action, addressing all necessary details and incorporating relevant documents. 4. That no prejudice or hardship would be caused to the Respondents if the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
