CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN
-- For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ankit Kumar, Advocate For the State
: Mrs. Kumari Rashimi, A.P.P
--- 02/13.03.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P for the State.
2.
The Petitioners have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Giridih(M) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Giridih.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners’ names have transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and charge- sheet has been submitted against them. He lastly submits that the petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 15.12.2025; as such, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
4.
Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that there is serious allegation against the petitioners; as such, they do not deserve grant of regular bail.
5. Having regard to the allegations made against these petitioners as well as gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.
