T M K CHAITANYA The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice D.Ramesh) The present Family Court Appeal has been preferred challenging the order and decree dated 29.01.2010 passed by the Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam in O.P.No.73 of 2006 granting maintenance at Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) per month to the elder minor child and Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per month to the younger minor child apart from granting Rs.20,000/- towards arrears of maintenance. 2. No representation for the appellant. 3. As the matter is of the year 2010, no stay was granted by this Court. The appellant was given liberty to move proper application before the Court concerned seeking time for payment of arrears of maintenance. In view of the same nothing is there to adjudicate on the aspect as the appeal is filed only aggrieved by the decree and order of the Court concerned. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
