Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had to go to abroad for his employment but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the passport authorities are not renewing the passport of the petitioner. 2. He submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate tribunal and prayed for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 19719 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
