The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.10.2021 (Annexure-9), whereby a punishment has been imposed on the petitioner for recovery of the sum of Rs.3,30,000/- from the gratuity amount of the petitioner. 2. It appears that while pending the present writ petition, the petitioner already sought alternative remedy of appeal and the appellate authority passed the order dated 15.12.2022. 3. In view of the order dated 15.12.2022 passed by the appellate authority, the relief prayed in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
