Also heard Mr. M.P. Goswami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. 2. This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, Safikul Ali alias Tablet, Sirajul Ali @ Tukulu Ali, Haidor Ali @ Bhabola Ali and Rustom Ali @ Mithey, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Satgaon P.S Case No. 231/2025 (G.R Case No. 5971/205) under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/327(4)/296/117(2)/76/324 (4)/304(2) of BNS, under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023. 3. The allegation as contained in the FIR is that the present petitioners attacked the complainant and his family members and caused grievous injuries to them and also snatched away an amount of Rs. 75,000/-. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that it was the complainant party who attacked the petitioners when they had gone to enquire about the complaint committing rape upon his employee. In this regard, they had submitted an FIR; however, the same was not registered by the police. A copy of the said FIR is annexed as Annexure-2. 5. On perusal of the Case Diary, including the Medical Reports, issued by a Private Hospital, there does not appear to be any serious injuries caused to the members of the informant side. Page No.# 3/3 6. Considering the same, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 7. The petitioner nos.1, 3 & 4 namely, Safikul Ali alias Tablet, Haidor Ali @ Bhabola Ali and Rustom Ali @ Mithey shall be released on interim pre- arrest bail, in connection with Satgaon P.S Case No. 231/2025 on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in the event of their arrest with the above noted case.
