This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner Anarkali challenging the order dated 15.02.2024, passed by learned IInd Additional District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in First Appeal No. 30 of 2018, “Smt. Anarkali Vs. Narendra Pal Singh”. 2. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Anshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Mr. Nikhil Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent. 4. Mr. Piyush Garg, Advocate, submitted that the said First Appeal (No. 30 of 2018, “Smt. Anarkali Vs. Narendra Pal Singh”) has been finally decided vide judgment dated 20.03.2026. Therefore, the petitioner is requesting to permit her to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 15.02.2024 in the Second Appeal along with judgment dated 20.03.2026. 5. The present writ petition (WPMS No. 956 of 2024) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner, as prayed by Mr. Piyush Garg, Advocate. 2026:UHC:3091 6.
