Considering the nature and relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the said probate case, out of the two witnesses, one has expired and the other is about 80 years old. 2 4. Accordingly, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall proceed with the suit expeditiously and make all endeavour to dispose of the probate case in accordance with law, preferably within 6(six) months from the date of this order. 5. C.O. 136 of 2026 is disposed of. 6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8.
