By presenting this writ petition grievance is expressed that unauthorizedly respondent nos.6 to 9 are trying to cut Eucalptus trees and direction is sought for upon concerned police authorities to take necessary steps. 3. State respondents and respondent nos.6 to 9 are represented by learned advocates. 4. On behalf of State respondents a communication dated 30th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Bishnupur Police Station is filed and same is taken on record. Copies of communication dated 30th August, 2026 are made over to learned advocates representing petitioners and respondent nos.6 to 9. 5. It is disclosed in communication dated 30th August, 2026 that in criminal prosecution being Bishnupur Police Station Case No.206/16 dated 19th November, 2016 investigation was concluded and final report (FRMF) dated 30th November, 2016 was filed. Subsequently, in terms of order of Court further investigation was initiated which was also concluded and another report (FRMF) dated 20th February,2023 was filed before jurisdictional Magistrate. 6. Since investigation is complete and final report was submitted before jurisdictional Magistrate, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 7.
