By way of filing the present writ petition under of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed as under: i) Issue a writ in the nature of respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners who have all been appointed by respondent No. 6 Civil Surgeon cum-Member Secretary, District Health and Family Welfare Society, Karnal in their respective cadres as detailed in para No. 9 of the writ petition;
ii) Direct the respondent that such regularization shall take effect from the date of completion of 10 yea by the respective petitioners. Further, the arrears of pay and allowances during the interregnum period be computed and the same may be ordered to be disbursed along with interest @ 12% per aunnum from the date of ac actual disbursement.
