(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No.5 to 10 and not to harass the petitioner and also to direct the official respondents to decide the representation dated 09.07.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the representation dated 09.07.2026 (Annexure P-1) already stands decided and no truth was found in the version of the petitioner. 3. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the instant petition at this stage and he may be permitted YAG DUTT 2026.09.03 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
