1. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner. He prays for anticipatory bail.
2. On the other hand, the learned advocate for the State relies upon various materials in the case diary including the injury report. He submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedents, which is available in the case diary. The victim was medically treated and the bullet was removed from the injuries of the victim.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials in the case diary, it appears that it is the allegation in the First Information Report that when the de facto complainant went to a shop room where petitioner and other accused persons started firing at her. One such gunfire hit the daughter of the de facto complainant causing injury. The case diary contains report which shows the gunshot injury received by the victim.
4. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and materials in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
