However, the E-Khata has not been issued. Hence, she has made a representation to respondent No.2 for grant of E-Khata. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed. He further submits that certain illegalities were committed by certain persons, resulting in the grant of sites in favour of private individuals, and that an enquiry has been constituted in this regard. He submits that, before granting Khata in favour of the petitioner, the said aspect is also required to be examined. 3. His submission is placed on record. 4.
