Learned counsel for applicant would submit that applicant is innocent, he has been falsely implicated in crime. He has not committed any offence as alleged. He contended that from the contents of the F.I.R. which is filed along with the bail application (Annexure A/2), it is apparent that the complainant was a consenting party and has established physical relationship with her free will. The period of physical relation between the two is from 14.05.2018 to 16.05.2022 and the FIR is lodged only on 01.08.2026 which is with a delay of more than 04 years. There is no criminal antecedent against the application, hence, he may be granted anticipatory bail. 4.
