It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation before the first respondent 27.03.2025 to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 31.10.2023 and the same is not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 27.03.2025 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2026 and also to implement the order dated 31.10.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
