Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has not been heard in the matter. 4. In that view of the matter, as the provisions contained in Section 79(A) and 79(B) of the Karnataka - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010589492026 NC: 2026:KHC:46854 WP No. 26938 of 2026 Land Reforms Act, 1961 have been omitted by way of amendment, I am of the view that the petitioner is entitled to the relief sought for in this writ petition.
