Though a larger prayer has been sought in these writ petitions, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice if respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners. 3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the petitioners’ claim, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations of the petitioners dated 22.12.2025 and 24.12.2025, respectively, within a period of 8 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the case. 4. With the aforesaid direction, these writ petition are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
