The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the appellate Tribunal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the son of the petitioner has qualified in the NEET examination and his counseling is going on but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner in the voter list, the son of the petitioner is not getting the certificate i.e. the domicile certificate or the concerned certificate from the concerned authority. He submits that the petitioner had already preferred an appeal before the appellate Tribunal by challenging the order of deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list and prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate Tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5. WPA 19890 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
