This Interlocutory Application is filed seeking condonation of the delay of 413 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment dated 10.05.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 915/2019. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no instructions to oppose the present application. Having gone through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay.
