This revisional application is filed by the plaintiff/petitioner, challenging an order dated September 4, 2025, of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, in Title Suit No. 1154 of 2021. 2. The petitioner challenged the said order on the ground that, the Court has illegally turned down his prayer under Order I Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure. 3. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, that during pendency of the instant revisional application before this Court, the Title Suit No. 1154 of 2021 has already been dismissed for default by the learned Trial Court on 22nd July, 2026 and hence, the instant revisional application has become infructuous. 2 4. Having considered the fact as above, let the instant revisional application being No. 4294 of 2025 be disposed of as being infructuous. 5.
