Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of order of dismissal/removal from service against the petitioner if any passed by the respondent as the same is not handed over to him nor it is in his knowledge. 2. After arguing the case for some time and realising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as there is considerable delay in filing the present petition. As per the petitioner himself, he is out of service since 1989 and faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
