I have taken into account the statement of the victim
2 under Section 183 of the BNSS. The victim has held the petitioner responsible for the offence being committed. As such, I am not inclined to grant the benefit of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, CRM(A) 2887 of 2026 is dismissed.
